I graduated from Newcastle Art School in the late 70s and gained employment as a Graphic Designer.  After a 20 year career I enrolled on a University BA Fine Art course and gained my Honours Degree. This set me on a new path as a self employed Artist.

I am inspired by the rugged landscape and spectacular coastline that we have in the North.

My paintings recall atmospheric encounters in changing light and weather, seasons and places.
